Trace Templar Archon: The Black Knight

BOOK 1: THE BEGINNING

My name is Trace Templar Archon and I am twenty-five years old. My family is from the United Republic of Nations and I am an earthbender by blood. I currently reside in Republic City. I live on my own but I periodically visit the home of my mother and younger brother. To make ends meet I am a freelance bounty hunter and it helps pay the bills.

People who know me say that I can be a little over confident, but I make up for that because I am really patient. When faced with a problem I think it out calmly and move on. If I see someone in distress I immediately help that person to the best of my abilities. Love is a very complicated thing for me because I am too busy for relationships. But that doesn’t mean I don‘t want one. I dream to someday live a peaceful life with a big house, a wife, and many kids… maybe ten. I will fulfill it by bashing in as many evil peoples' heads as I can.

My story is just beginning . . . .

BOOK 2: THE HISTORY

My character is played by Van from GunXSword. This character uses a whip-like sword, a stun rod, a revolver, and a pistol, as well as other weapons back home that he can switch out to punish enemies. Besides having the ability to earthbend, my character can also metalbend.

Here is my story so far . . . .

Like most earthbenders, I was born in the middle of spring. My parents were Xander and Miku Archon, the latter was the vice chief of police at the time. They named me after my grandfather Trace. I was the second child born in the Archon family, yet I was the first son. I have an older sister named Vera and a younger twin sister and brother named Miyoko, after her grandmother, and Derrick respectively.

I grew up pretty much having a normal life for an earthbender, spending my childhood going to school with my brother and sisters. Our parents may have been strict at times, but we were a very loving family. At the age of thirteen I discovered I was able to bend metal when I protected my little brother and sister from a street gang of firebenders. It was then I decided I wanted to be a Republic City police officer. I focused primarily on metalbending from that point; however, I continued to practice my earthbending for safe measure. By the time I turned fifteen I had nearly mastered metalbending. However, my older sister Vera still kept me on my toes with earthbending lessons and soon Mother started giving me combat training.

By the time I was nineteen I had finished my schooling with honors and became the youngest RCPD officer on the force. I worked directly under my mother who was the new police chief. I continued to work in the RCPD for four years. Then one night a home invasion resulted in my father’s death, the loss of my mother’s right arm, the kidnapping of Miyoko, and Vera being sent into a coma. This event pushed me over the edge and I went into a rage that prevented me from focusing on bending as I fought. After I calmed a little I went into a state of mind between fury and peace which enabled me to combine my combat training and bending flawlessly which resulted in the death of all the invaders except the one who kidnapped Miyoko. Afterwards, I named that state of mind the “The Danger Zone”.

A few a weeks later my mother and I, while still in the hospital, resigned from the RCPD. By then I had taken the standard issue police uniform and modified it into a cloth-like light armor that was stitched with steel thread while my hat and trench coat were lined with chain mail. Shortly after, I made a career change to freelance bounty hunter once I'd received a proper license for such work. Eventually I made a name for myself as the Black Knight of Republic City. Every once in a while I visit home to check up on my little brother who is now taking care of our mom. I do what I can for them before going off on a another hunt to search for Miyoko.
